Engagements

Every engagement is governed by a separately-signed Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW supersedes anything described on this site, including pricing tiers and timelines, in case of conflict.

Use of this site

This site is informational. By using it, you agree not to scrape it for commercial purposes, attempt to bypass our rate limits, or use any submitted forms for spam, fraud, or impersonation. Repeated abuse will result in IP-level blocking.

Pricing

Pricing tiers shown on this site are ranges. The actual fee for an engagement is set in the SOW. Tiers may change without notice; existing SOWs are unaffected.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, code samples, case studies) is owned by MYC Studio unless otherwise noted. You may quote or reference articles with attribution; you may not republish them in full without permission.

Liability

This site is provided as-is. We make no warranty about the accuracy of advice given here. For engagement-level liability, see your SOW.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Turkish law for engagements originated from Türkiye and the laws of the State of New York, USA, for engagements originated from the United States. Disputes are resolved in the relevant jurisdiction.
